More Christmas Bake-ables

 These are melt-in-your-mouth shortbread cookies.
Take any standard shortbread recipe and substitute a quarter of the flour with cornstarch.
 Then melt some dark chocolate wafers in a bowl in the microwave, pour into a Ziploc bag, snip off a corner and decorate.
Gingerbread cookies!
I added white icing afterward, but forgot to take a picture.
 
With all of these cookies, the only way to ensure there are some leftover for the actual holidays is to freeze most of them the moment they are cool and decorated.
 
It's beginning to look a lot like CHRISTMAS!
